Operator shoule be responsible for start of machine. In any case, before machine working the
operator should prcede the siren to make sure other staffs have enough time to leave working area,
after confirmation that there are not others around the area then start the machine.In order to carry out
a series of operations during any cleaning, maintenance, mechanical repair or replacement of electronic
components, we should wait until all the machine parts completely stop, and disconnect the main power.
